SIEBEL Consultant/Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in Integration and Business Intelligence requires a Business Analyst/Siebel Consultant to play a key role in a high profile SIEBEL project with a leading financial client.

The role boasts a variation of responsibilities and an opportunity to gain skills and in an ASX listed company. 

Role:
Assessment and Estimating

Conduct pre-sales assessment and proposed Siebel solution activities based on understanding of business requirements, solution design, and system capabilities.
Quantifies operational, financial and business advantages of the proposed solution for the Client.

Design:
Provide 1st level design recommendations for solutions. Design includes documentation, graphical representation, and presentations that describe the desired solution or product feature.

Documentation:
Support the development of business case and produce timely and accurate documents based on standard templates and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.

Project Support:
Continue to champion the business users interests through the design, development and QA phases of a project life-cycle by ensuring solutions proposed meet business requirements, and acting as the point of contact to resolve any ambiguity identified in the business requirements
Collaborates with Project Managers and Project Teams to manage scope, expectations and detailed technical planning.

Requirements:
Strong Business background and technical understanding of Siebel, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly developed skills for gathering and distinguishing core requirements of the business.
Analysis & Modelling,
Ability to facilitate and work effectively with a broad range of both internal and external customers.
Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills demonstrating diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse business cultures.
