SALES MANAGER

My client is a well established IT Managed & Professional Services company. They are a market leader in this field and have more than two decades of experience and success in this space. They specialise in leading Convergence, Networking, Storage and Security technologies to fulfill customers’ ICT needs.

Due to huge growth my client is looking for a Sales Manager to and manage and run the sales team in Adelaide.
Your leads will be provided through marketing activity and the shear size and experience of this company.

You will be given all tools of the trade (Laptop/Phone). Salary between$90,000 – $110,000 for that right candidate. Generous bonsus andincentives upon Team achieving targets.

If you are a Strategic thinker with a successful track record incontinaully acheiving your targets. You will use your skills to manage and motivate your support and sales staff to meet team targets and have fun doing it!
Strategic selling is key to this role.

Previous strategic sales experience within IT Solutions, IT Products and IT Consulting Services is essential. Knowledge selling IT services within the following areas is useful:

• IT Services design and consultation competency.
• Service Management (Service Desk, Incident, Change, ConfigurationManagement and Asset Management), Systems Management, DesktopManagement, Server Management, Web Hosting and Mid-range Support.
• Managed Services.
• IT Bid / Solution management experience.
• ITSM products (such as Remedy, Clarify, HPService Center, Altiris), Desktop Management products (such as HPRadia, Altiris), Virtualisation (server and desktop) (VMWare (VDI, ACEand Thinstall), MS Softgrid/Hypervisor, Sun (SGD and Sun Ray)), andSystems Management (HP Open View, BMC Partol, CA Unicenter, IPSwitchWhatsUp Gold).
• Good Citrix, Microsoft and AntiVirus Solutions Knowldge
