IT Recruitment Consultant Job – Sydney

Attributes:

• Excellent understanding of the Australian IT and Business industries – knows who the ‘movers and shakers’ are.
• A solid grasp of the latest recruitment techniques – including WEB 2.0 professional (LinkedIn) and social networking resource methodologies.
• Well read on the latest IT, Business and Recruitment trends – you should know where to get this information from and how best to use it.
• Advanced recruitment techniques such as headhunting, referral / reverse marketing, blogging, data mining and active web searching.
• Attain, develop and manage PSA’s with large clients.
• Build your personal brand – become a niche technical specialist recruiter.
• No ownership of clients – meaning you can go after any companies and industries you want.
• Maintain a contractor and/or perm IT recruitment desk.
• We are keen to build Oracle, IBM, Network, Testing, EAI, SAP, DB, and Development desks further – the choice is yours.
