IT Recruitment Resourcer

Due to increased demand we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator /Resourcer to assist with resourcing, recruitment and dailyadministration. The role is quite flexible and would suit a full orpart-time person. We need someone who thrives on the recruitment process and can find the right people again and again.

Attributes:

• Good understanding of the Australian IT industry
• Understanding of IT & Software Development terminology.
• A solid grasp of the latest recruitment resourcing techniques – including sourcing people from LinkedIn and other social networks.
• Blogging, database and web searching.
• Database search techniques – boolean searches etc…
• Phone interviewing & pre-screening, organising contractor timesheets, payroll and marketing activities.
• Resourcing via our recruitment system and reviewing 100’s of resume responses per day – an eye for detail and a lightning fast ‘mouse action’ is required.
• You will work with a small team of recruiters as well as provide assistance for the day-day running of the office.
• Must have excellent spoken and written skills – preferably with a good typing speed.
• Excellent understanding of Office 2007, Databases and Windows XP / Vista

Desirable:

• 200+ LinkedIn Connections or 50+ Twitter followers
• Able to start in 2-4 weeks
• Previous work experience in an IT Recruitment Agency
