TIBCO BW / BE Developers and TIBCO Team Leads are required for a Green Fields Project in the Financial Services / industry. Work for a company who is a leader in the financial domain – working on large scale TIBCO based integration IT projects.

On Offer:

Rates: $600 – $700 Developer Level
Rates: $750 – $850 Technical Lead Level

Technical Skills – ‘Wish List’:

Experience with BW – BusinessWorks, BE – BusinessEvents, GI – GeneralInterface or similar EAI Toolsets.
TIBCO Enterprise Message Service, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO adapters.
J2EE, Groovy, Hibernate, JMS
SDLC – Software Development Life Cycle
Agile or RUP or Rational Rose
Experience with integration projects using file, real-time and batch integration.

Other Attributes

TIBCO deployments: load balancing,High availability, Disaster recovery & fault tolerance.
Leadership Skills – Mentor Junior Developers.
Drools or JBoss Business Rules useful
Good Financial Services expience skills useful
