A Senior TIBCO BPM Solutions Architect & Technical Lead is required to join an international Systems Integration Consulting Firm. You will work on the development of a BPM technological model providing the tools for performing management within a client organisation.

Project, Skills and Experience:

Acting as the Senior Tibco iProcess Team Lead
Technical leadership & advisory – design and develop solution BPM solutions
Act as functional & technical lead and solutions design role architect.
Conducting workshops with business BA’s and stakeholders to provide architecture advise for the Tibco solutions
Implementation, integration and deployment of iProcess business models to respective development environments
Implementation and integration of Tibco Designer & Tibco Insight for monitoring procedures using Insight’s BAM functionality
Integration and configuration of environment setup for Tibco products
Formulation of Use Cases (UML) and sequence diagrams using EA tool
Process analysis, design and re-engineering, process modeling, system design, product evaluation and installation of iProcess environments
Management of individual and team members’ development
Business Process Modeling (BPM)
