This company has a truly impressive list of clients, in the Investment Banking, Insurance and Retail space. With a model quite similar to the top 5 Consultancies eg. Accenture / Deloitte with the added benefit of working in niche boutique consultancy.
This Consultancy has only city based clients, so no travel!! They require a true Business Consultant with the urge to work closely with the Directors and the Senior Consultants, while at the same time taking ownership of their own projects.
Ideally you have come from your top 5 Consultancies, Accenture, Ernst & Young, Deloitte etc. and have a technical understanding from your previous experience yet have a strong focus on Business Consulting. The key areas you must have worked around are Change Management, Business Re-Engineering, Training through Workshops, Client / Vendor Management and providing an excellent level of customer service.
You will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company.
If you have been working in a large environment, enjoyed the client interaction and project variation but feel that your work is not been recognised enough, then this move is perfect for you!!!
Ideally you have
• At least 5 years of Consulting experience in TOP 5 Consulting firms
• A background in Consulting in areas such as Call Centre, Banking Front-Office, Business Change
• The ability to run workshops for clients and consultants
• A drive to be a part of a rapidly growing firm
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
• Well presented
