Oracle ERP Project / Program Manager

The Role:

1. The role essentially requires someone who has led a global Oracle implementation from the beginning to successful completion. With this in mind – an above average salary is on offer.
2. You will manage communications across 4 main streams of work – from functional to technical. You will also oversee the change management and reporting functions.
3. Manage the implementation of Oracle ERP Projects – $40M+ / 3 Years – across local and international teams.
4. Manage and report with the PMO – ensuring delivery objectives are on-time and on budget.

Requirements:

• A seasoned Project Manager with experience on projects across the entire lifecycle, within the Oracle ERP space.
• Global Implementation of Projects – from start to finish.
• Experience with Business Transformation along with technical Project Management.
• Delivery focused whilst holding the key skills to multi task in areas such as team management and strategy building.
• Manage budgets and resources across multiple ERP projects
• An excellent communicator with the ability to manage projects under pressure.
• Excellent understanding of the Oracle ERP Stack – especially with the HR and Financial Products
