BUSINESS ANALYST – Alesco Payroll

This client is investing in a 3 Year Business Transformation project and as part of this project they are seeking a Strong Business Analyst with knowledge of Alesco.  This client has aggressive growth plans in place, so there’s never been a better time to join them.

This role will report to the ERP Finance Lead, you will provide guidance, recommendations, knowledge and experience around the Alesco / Payroll issues effecting their ERP solution. 

You will also be responsible for the user requirements gathering, gap analysis, process re-engineering, specifications, data migration, testing and support.  You will ensure that  activities and tasks are completed in accordance with the approved project plan and/or mitigation strategies.  Working in parallel with the systems integrator and contractors you will act as the ERP Finance subject matter expert (or champion).

To be considered for this key role your skills will include;

• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Expert knowledge of Alesco  / Payroll  
• Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• The ability to engage with all levels
