CITI Recruitment hits 20,000 followers on LinkedIn!

The CITI Recruitment team received a nice surprise gift from LinkedIn this morning (thanks to Sinead Wilde) in the form of some amazing cupcakes delivered to the office. This was in recognition of us hitting 20,000 followers on our LinkedIn Company page, representing a 230% growth from last year.
Our strategy on LinkedIn is to generate followers within the top most sought after IT careers and skills as well as build a loyal following in the hard-to-find IT domains in order to source candidates more effectively for our technical clients.
Next goal 30,000!

I am a real people person and spent over a decade in language studies, coaching and sales. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Literature, a Master's degree in English and a PhD in Translation studies (#nerd). However, a serendipitous event got me into IT recruitment. And I’m loving it! Why? Recruiting has allowed me to leverage my passion for building and maintaining rewarding relationships with my clients while remaining challenged to find the perfect candidates and, in my case, it has also allowed me to keep updated with all the technology trends out there.
