Customer Success Manager – SaaS Product – Melbourne

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a Melbourne based SaaS company with 2-3 successful product lines.

We seeking someone with around 2-4 years exp and ideally have worked on Cloud / Saas based products.

Their SaaS product is doing very well, the company is growing rapidly and they have brought on-board a number of large Enterprise and Government based clients nationally. 

As such we are looking for someone who can make a direct connection with the customers’ strategic goals and how solutions can help achieve them.

The role:

The role will see you identifying key use cases that drive the customers’ business, aligning resources on both sides, implementing the technology and driving adoption among the user base. Your passion and determination will drive success both for the clients and the company.

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for every aspect of the customer relationship after the sale is complete. You will coordinate with the developers and the MD to set objectives and achieve milestones on the path to customer adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful Implementations
  • Crafting of Statements of Work for all engagements
  • Solution design
  • Constantly strategise, conceive and execute internal processes to improve the Customer Success
  • Identify areas for improvement or enhancement in both the SaaS product line and the company function as a whole.
  • Customer enablement ranging from formal training program delivery to constant efforts to drive self-sufficiency within your assigned customers.
  • Assist in the attainment of this companies license / renewals business

Skills / Attributes:

  • 2-4 Years experience in a similar role – ideally with Cloud / SaaS based software products
  • Proven ability to own the customer relationship, set objectives and drive initiatives to success
  • Well organised.  Able to define project milestones and deliver on-time
  • Experience in Product Management AND the ability to work with, connect to, and influence people useful
  • Good analytical skills, conceptual ability and creativity
  • Strong writer, speaker and presenter at all levels including C-level executives
  • Able & willing to travel periodically as the job requires
