This is an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Sales Manager to join a high performance team and drive new capabilities for existing customers and drive conversion and a consistent user experience for new customers. The digital sales manager will be responsible for delivering sales outcomes across all digital channels covering website, mobile, tablet and secure banking.

The Digital Sales Manager will be a highly analytical individual who has a deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g.Adobe Analyticsor Google Analytics) which will extract trends and inform data-led decisions to drive sales conversion- a strong background in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), producing content, user experience as well as a good understanding of SEO.
Key relationships with Product, Marketing, Contact Centres and IT teams mean the digital sales manager should be good at influencing change at a senior level.

Day to day, the digital sales manager can expect t take the lead in developing an engaging digital experience for customers across search, content, interactive tools, forms, as well as:

– Scope out requirements and develop business cases within the digital space
 
– Produce sales initiative roadmaps for portfolios 
 
– Conduct regular commercial sizing of opportunities
 
– Develop a continuous improvement strategy to optimise sales pathways, ensuring the best customer experience
