Exciting new startup based in Sydney are looking for junior/mid level, level 1 help desk support professionals to contribute to company growth.
MUST HAVE WRITTEN AND VERBAL MANDARIN SKILLS.

List of responsibilities -
• Help desk support on first-level contact and problem resolution for internal and external parties. Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve transaction queries and technical deficiencies.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests/alerts received through the helpdesk via phone or email, monitor for tickets assigned to the queue and process on priority and redirect problems to correct resource.
• Prepare payments work to be accomplished by gathering, sorting and verifying documents and related information.
• Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.

Qualifications
• Multi-tasking with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Effective communication skills in Chinese and English, written and verbal
• Intermediate MS Office Skills, particularly Excel
