Benchmarking Analyst

We require a Benchmarking Analyst to carry out activities on legacy and new IT systems in Canberra.

The role  
Generate scenarios to benchmark in consultation with relevant project and business teams
Carry out benchmarking activities with end users
Analyse and report on statistical data obtained during benchmarking exercise

Your specialist skills
Strong business analysis acumen – with the experience of engaging business to identify key scenarios for measurement
Strong statistical analysis capabilities with the ability to analyse raw data and identify trends and patterns
Well developed written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Excel and MS Access

Highly desirable
Experience with Techsmith Morae
Understanding of Business Process modelling
