Attributes and Skills:
- Process Analyst – perform process design / modelling
- Business Analyst type activities including UML and Use Case Analysis
- Preferably a background in Lean / Six Sigma or other process improvement techniques,
- Someone with great communication skills
- An ability to lead workshops, perform process discovery and modelling
- Engage business and it’s stakeholders.
- Someone who wants to join a specialist consulting organisation, with a growing boutique BPM practice.
