Senior ETL Developer / Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer / Technical Lead with previous experience on large complex data migration / integration projects and with seasoned experience in the financial sector – ideally with trading systems.

You should have sound knowledge of migration project principles and exposure to one commercial ETL product – Datastage / Infosphere is the desired tool set.

Basically someone that has the capabilities to formulate real solutions to business problems and complement the team. Commercial experience is vital.

Responsibilities  

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of the ETL platform (IBM InfoSphere including Datastage, Quality stage, information analyser)
• Provide InfoSphere technical leadership to the data migration team
• ETL development and unit testing

To blend nicely into the team a cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, optimism and friendliness are soft skills that will complement technical knowledge.
