Senior Integration Architect Job – Adelaide – EAI / SOA / Oracle Fusion

A Principal Integration Architect is required to lead the Integration and Architecture practice of a leading IT consulting company – with offices Australia wide. They have recently won a number of projects as well as partnership arrangements with the big 4 consulting 4 companies.

You will lead the EAI / SOA practice development, provide thought leadership, create services offerings, foster client relationships, provide consulting services to clients and mentor practice resources.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proposition, Identification and Development – EAI / SOA
• Oracle (Fusion) Technology Stack knowledge useful
• Exposure to all the big EAI Platforms – TIBCO, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, WebMethods, etc…
• TOGAF certification and/ or other methodology desirable
• Demonstrable enterprise scale full SOA lifecycle
• Educate SOA / EAI practice delivery resources & sales team in new integration services
• Participate in pre-sales activities with Account Directors
• Respond to RFP’s and Create Proposals
• Identify skills required to execute projects
• Work with resourcing function to supply resources as required
• Input to career development plans for existing Integration / SOA / Oracle consultants
• Mentor SOA / EAI / Oracle practice consultants.  

Technical Skills:

• Oracle Fusion / TIBCO / WebSphere / WebMethods – technical and solutions design
• SOA Implimentation – Various vendors such as IBM WebSphere, TIBCO, webMethods, Oracle
• Event Driven Architecture
• Thorough ESB Knowledge

Consulting Skills

• Create relationships and become a trusted partner of clients
• Resource Management – Interview and Hiring and selection for project teams
• Provide lead EAI / SOA architect consulting services
• Own the client relationship for the engagement
• On-going account development
• Manage engagement level risks and issues
• Delivery Management of engagement
