We are looking to take on a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant who really cares about their candidates and their clients. We need someone who thrives on the sales process and can fill their roles with the right people again and again. Ideally you will have a background in recruitment (3+ years).

Attributes:
- Excellent understanding of the Australian IT and Business industries – knows who the ‘movers and shakers’ are.
- A solid grasp of the latest recruitment techniques – including WEB 2.0 professional (LinkedIn) and social networking resource methodologies.
- Well read on the latest IT, Business and Recruitment trends – you should know where to get this information from and how best to use it.
- Advanced recruitment techniques such as headhunting, referral / reverse marketing, blogging, data mining and active web searching.
- Attain, develop and manage PSA’s with large clients.
- Build your personal brand – become a niche technical specialist recruiter.
- No ownership of clients – meaning you can go after any companies and industries you want.
- Maintain a contractor and/or perm IT recruitment desk.
- We are keen to build Oracle, IBM, Network, Testing, EAI, SAP, DB, and Development desks further – the choice is yours.
