Our recruitment agency provides IT Talent Sourcing and Talent Managment solutions for many of the top Australian & Asia-Pacific companies. All our consultants have technical backgrounds and are trained on an ongoing basis to ensure that they fully understand the changes in technology as well as changes in recruitment methodologies. We operate a strict ‘no wide-boy style recruiter’ policy at CITI Recruitment.

We supply specialised Information Technology recruitment services to Australian businesses predominantly in Sydney and Melbourne. Our founder Steve Wilson is a professional recruiter and IT professional with over twelve years of resourcing and IT experience in the fields of Computer Science, Software Development, Internet / Intranet Technologies, Telecommunications and Emerging Technologies.

Where we are today

We have formed separate IT divisions within CITI Recruitment to better focus on vertical IT markets. Our divisions include Enterprise Application Integration, Software Development, ERP, PMO, Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse and Executive Search & Selection. In 2010 we upgraded all our IT infrastructure to the latest software / server technologies including Trisys V8 – running in the cloud and with iPhone / Mobile functionality. We moved in 2010 to a purpose built office with large outdoor terrace where we run regular client and candidate networking events for the IT Industry.

Our Director Steve Wilson regulary presents to the Recruitment industry with regards to the use of Information Technology in Recruitment.
