  • We maintain a database of over 85,000 IT professionals (and still growing). A subset of candidates is maintained for people we have already spoken and/or worked with in the past.
  • We use a highly advanced Recruitment system (JobAdder) that automates (Active Searches) the tracking of candidates and clients.
  • Automatic tracking of candidates on over 25 Social Networks – the main one we use is LinkedIn (see below).
  • Automatic job advert tracking, scheduling and mail-outs.
  • Groupmail is used to notify subsets of skilled candidates within a few minutes of obtaining a job brief.
