Recruitment Manager

This is an exciting and challenging position which would suit an experienced, dedicated and energetic recruitment manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a successful recruitment team in providing first class recruitment services to our clients and candidates
- Direct sourcing and screening of top talent against both live and pipeline vacancies through various methods including social media, referrals, and the internal database
- Report – candidate tracking, pipeline status, campaign statistics
- Mentor, manage and delegate tasks to the team of consultants
- Implement creative and practical recruitment solutions in a challenging and complex environment.
- Run team meetings and schedules
Essential skills and experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a recruitment manager.
- A team player with a “can do” attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable and flexible.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills, specifically related to need for excellent telephone etiquette
- Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results (high volume / high quality candidates)
- Capacity to effectively manage and prioritize projects and tasks with a superior attention to detail while effectively adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and creativity
- Strong leadership, business acumen and strategic agility to be able to plan, lead, and drive change in the organization while meeting or exceeding business objectives
