Sales Director

As an experienced Financial Software Sales Director, you will:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the region;
- Ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability through direct selling of software and services;
- Manage the performance and development of the Regional Sales Executives;
- Initiate and coordinate development of plans to penetrate new markets;
- Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential and price schedules to formulate policy and develop sales campaigns
- Recruit, hire and train/coach Sales Executives for maximum performance.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 6+ year’s sales management experience;
- Possess 10+ years experience gained selling technology services or software applications to C Level decision makers;
- Demonstrate strong and proven leadership skills;
- Be free to travel throughout APJ (75%)
