- Software support experience (essential)
- Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows environments (essential)
- Previous experience as a software engineer (C++, .Net, Java, Python, PHP, Javascript, React or Angular). (essential)
- Solid SQL skills (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
Bonus if you have:
- Customer service experience
- Customer service experience in software support environment (HUGE PLUS)
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills – particularly excel for data analysis/manipulation
- Experience in a Help Desk environment (with system knowledge)
