Helpdesk / Desktop Support Engineer
ByOur client is a growing IT support company that requires a Help Desk / Desktop Support Engineer to take on a permanent role in South Sydney.
This growing organisation provides hardware and software systems. They install, maintain and manage systems as well as providing the necessary training.
This individual must have experience either with level 1 or 2 support. This role will vary from day-to-day, and your technical expertise will be recognised as your role shifts from 2nd level technical support, to management and deployment of hardware.
This role would be ideal for someone looking for a job close to home (South Sydney).
You must be committed, with excellent communication skills and a customer service focused attitude.
Ideally this individual must be a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, MCSA) or have Tafe / Uni IT qualifications.
